Wander in Wonder…with Yarrow

A springtime deepening with one of my favorite plant allies—Yarrow, a native wildflower of Marin County.
We’ll begin by gathering in circle for introductions—to one another, to the plant, and to the practice of plant communication. A meditation with yarrow tea will follow, activating our embodied relationship with the plant. Next, we wander, inviting wonder through our senses as we attune to the land and prepare to meet yarrow in its natural habitat.

In quiet stillness, each participant will sit with yarrow and listen. Known for supporting energetic boundaries and awakening the crown chakra, yarrow invites us into deeper reflection, inner clarity, and connection with the unseen. Guided prompts, sensory presence, and plant communication practices offer ways to explore what Yarrow may have to share—body, heart, and spirit—before we return to circle to reflect and integrate.

We’ll complete our time together with shared gratitude for the land, the plant, and each other.
